Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.

Profile information: the details you add to your member profile — name, headline, bio, what you’re building, skills, interests, and links.

Connected accounts: if you link Discord, we store your Discord ID and username so we can verify you and create private 1:1 rooms. We request the minimum scopes needed and never your password.

Activity: connections, intro requests, sessions you join or host, and basic usage needed to operate the Service.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to power the member directory, AI matchmaking, scheduled and instant meetings, group sessions, and resources; to create private rooms for accepted connections; to communicate with you about the Service; and to keep the community safe.

With other members: the public parts of your profile are visible in the directory only when you opt in to being listed. You control your visibility and can hide your profile at any time.

With service providers: we use trusted third parties to run the Service, including Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Discord (account linking & rooms), and Google Calendar (event holds). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering interface preferences. We do not use them to sell your data.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).

You can edit or hide your profile, unlink Discord, leave sessions, and request access to or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and row-level security on member data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
