Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

House of Vibes is built on trust and good faith. You agree not to harass, spam, impersonate, or harm other members; not to share illegal, hateful, or infringing content; and not to misuse introductions, meetings, or member contact information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

The Service offers member profiles, a directory, AI-assisted matchmaking, scheduled and instant 1:1s, speed networking, and group sessions. Matches and suggestions are provided for convenience and are not guarantees of any outcome, relationship, or business result. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline, and for exercising your own judgment and safety.

Some features connect to third-party services such as Discord and Google Calendar. When you link an account, you authorize us to access the limited information needed to provide those features (for example, your Discord identity to create private 1:1 rooms). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile, messages, and resources). You grant House of Vibes a non-exclusive license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, scrape or harvest data, circumvent access controls, or use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages. Automated access is permitted only through interfaces we explicitly provide.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any event, match, or meeting information is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Vibes and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
