Near-term auth

1. Public / no-auth for community + travel reads — shipped (see Auth)
2. Member personal tokens / Discord OAuth (resolveMemberPrincipal seam) — roadmap
3. Rate limits once real member auth exists

Phase 3 ideas

• ask_vibe, find_builders, showcase submit
• Lounge presence (whos_live) if prioritized

Explicitly not claimed

• Member personal tokens are not live (invalid Bearer → 401)
• search_stay_packages does not invent national coverage when inventory is thin — honesty envelope only
• Full OTA booking is not an MCP surface
